Bharat Mabbu

Board Member

Bharat Mabbu is a Senior Technology Leader with 20 years of experience designing and building complex, distributed, low-latency products in global engineering organizations across the Netherlands, India, and the United States. He has experience developing and leading engineering and data science teams to solve global-scale business challenges using cutting-edge technology at companies such as Baan, Microsoft, and Amazon.

Bharat has shipped multiple products across domains including Windows and Office activation, digital supply chain systems, AI/ML-powered optimizations, advanced integration platforms, and payment systems. At Clearwater Analytics, he leads the engineering organization focused on building technology platforms that help clients manage investment data and reporting solutions.

He also runs Spring Transits, an innovative social engagement platform supporting a community-based global ecosystem that helps nurture and support women transitioning back into the workforce.

Bharat enjoys reading, gardening, and mentoring early-career engineers both inside and outside his professional roles. He consistently challenges the status quo, experiments with innovative approaches, and cross-pollinates ideas across disciplines and industries.

He serves as a board member of TSRG, contributing to strategic planning and board development.
