Meet Charlie Wrede: Turning Data into Meaningful Community Impact.

At The Schreiber Research Group (TSRG), research is most powerful when it leads to real-world solutions. As an AmeriCorps VISTA Member, Charlie Wrede helps transform data into actionable insights that strengthen communities and support TSRG's mission to address substance use through evidence-based research and collaboration.

Charlie supports the workforce development project by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and collaborating with team members to ensure the team understands challenges people in recovery are facing. His work helps ensure that TSRG's projects are grounded in evidence.

With a passion for research and problem-solving, Charlie contributes to the project by conducting literature reviews and leveraging his GIS and data mapping skills.

As an AmeriCorps VISTA Member, Charlie also focuses on building organizational capacity to help develop sustainable systems for long-term outcomes. His dedication to service reflects the AmeriCorps mission of strengthening organizations so they can create lasting change.
