The
Supernatural Research Group is proud to present CAMD!

In the next few months, TSRG
will be releasing CAMD, the Paranormal "Case
and Asset
Management
Database".
This windows based application has been designed from the ground
up by TSRG for anyone conducting
paranormal research and is intended to make life MUCH easier when it
comes to managing case data. The application will be free of
charge, but donations are greatly appreciated.
What
will CAMD do for me?
The Case and Asset Management
Database was designed to do the following:
- Personnel Management
- Equipment Management
- Client Management
- Case Management
- Vehicle Management
- Automate Forms processing
- Reporting
- Track Expenses
Personnel Management:
Manage all team member
information. Everything from Name, Address,
Contact Information, Equipment owned and used, Roles within the group, time of service and
performance review information.
Equipment Management:
The Equipment Management
application is designed to track every piece of equipment owned
and used by your group on investigations. Each item is assigned a unique
asset ID number which will allow you to track and trend what
equipment is used and where it was used on an investigation. The application also
tracks purchase price, vendor info, serial number, owner info
and preventative maintenance data for each
item.
Client Management:
Client Management is where all important information related
to your client is stored. Name, address, contact information as
well as a detailed history covering all contact with your client.
Case Management:
Case Management is
the heart of the application. This is where you will record all
information related to the investigation. You will pull Personnel,
Equipment, Client and Vehicle information stored in the
database into your case file. This will reduce the amount of
time it takes to prepare case reports, and cut down on errors
and repetitive data entry. All data collected during the investigation
will be catalog and attached to the case. Reporting on your
findings will be a snap and take a lot less time to produce.
Vehicle Management:
Vehicle Management is designed to track the vehicles used by
your group. The information stored here is then used to populate
the forms most groups use such as permission to investigate
forms.
Forms:
The forms section of the application is designed to expedite
preparing forms for you investigation. 90% of the information
required to complete a from is pulled from existing data stored
in the application.

- Waiver and Release form
- Media Release form
- Investigation Questionnaire
- Investigation Log
- Request to investigate letter
Reporting:
The reporting tool is designed
to pull all of the data from your case together to allow you to
produce detailed reports with the click of a single button.

Report
The application is fully
customizable with your groups logo and will include a users
manual detailing the installation and use.
